IST can answer to customer requests from 10 minutes to maximum 48 hours from the call.
Also IST provides project maintenance and post-warranty project maintenance.
Warranty is provided for each in-house developed IST informational system. Usually the warranty time for
an IST product is 1 year, but it can be extended through an agreement.
